Service providers who create invoices for Access to Work support, and grant recipients who organise supplier invoices, receipts and documents for their claims. Choose a workspace when you start; you can switch roles.
No. ATW Invoice helps you prepare and export your documents. You review them and submit your claim through the official Access to Work route. It is independent software and is not affiliated with DWP.
Yes. In Export, choose invoices, receipts or both, then select a month or custom date range. The ZIP contains separate document PDFs and an index. Unzip it and follow the official service’s current upload instructions.
Direct delivery by recipient code or email address is available between approved accounts in the private Google pilot. The email address identifies the recipient; this is in-app delivery, not an email claim to DWP.
